During the first week of January we will be sending out Annual General Meeting documents and the Club’s financial results for 2020 to all members entitled to vote at club meetings.

In an effort to save costs we send as many as possible by email, but we are aware that some members do not have the facility to receive documents this way. Any member who requires a hard copy of these documents, please contact the Secretary’s office as soon as possible.
