NEWS FROM THE SENIORS – AUTUMN 2019

The final 18 Hole Competition is quickly advancing upon us next Tuesday 10th September and although there are still 2 matches to be played, the end of another season is almost here. Can you believe it?! The outcome of the main competitions was as follows: Veterans Trophy won by Tim Handford – Ron Halliley Trophy (best 9) Andy Brown; Seniors Championship won by David Sprott – Runner Up President Alan Calvert

36 Members of the Section enjoyed a day out at Abergele Golf Club, the main competition and the Bill Newlove Trophy being won by John Lyall – Runner Up Colin Mitchell. Congratulations to all our winners

Our Winter 9 Hole Competitions will resume from Tuesday 1st October and the dates of each can be found on the Seniors Fixture List available above, a copy of which is also displayed on the Seniors Notice Board in the Gentlemen’s Locker Room
