Kris Andrews, a PGA-qualied professional since 2002, is a highly respected, loyal, and personable Club Professional with over 20 years’ experience in a longstanding leadership role. He is known for his hands-on approach, strong member engagement, and unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional club experience. Kris firmly believes a Club Professional should sit at the heart of the golf club.
One of Kris’s many highlights throughout his playing career was winning his first major the PGA North Lancashire open in 2013. Kris has a very strong connection with the Manchester and District Golf Alliance playing weekly with different members of Ashton on Mersey GC in the pro am. He served as the Captain of the MDGA in 2014 and is still an executive committee member.

Kris, 2013 Lancashire Open Golf Champion and PGA Professional at Ashton on Mersey Golf Club, offers lessons and lesson packages tailor made to each individual. With the new Golf Den Facility, Kris uses the latest Trackman technology in the Golf Den so giving the best ball flight data and swing mechanics available.

Kris’s specialist area in golf is in the short game. Kris helps players to sharpen and improve on their “scoring zone” technique and lower their scores. With Kris being regarded as having one of the best short gams in the PGA North Region, he is definitely worth of Shot!
